Paper Guidelines

  • Abstract: These are contributions of max 300 words.
  • Full Papers: Full papers are longer contributions of 1000 to 3000 words including references.
  • Referencing Style: The authors should follow the guidelines of APA (7th Edition) in referencing and in-text citations.

Submission Guidelines

Papers are accepted through email at comicconference@gmail.com. Please include a author details, university or country information, and any other author-related data.

  • We accept files in .docx/.doc format, as per the call for papers schedule.
  • Authors can include their personal and institutional information in the proceeding manuscript. However, during the evaluation process, the editorial office will remove this information to ensure a double-blind peer review process.
  • When submitting via email, please include two separate files: 1) proceeding manuscript and 2) a document containing personal and institutional details.
  • Papers should be thoroughly checked and proofread before submission. After you have submitted your article, you will not be able to make any changes to it during the refereeing process—although, if accepted, you will have a chance to make minor revisions after refereeing and before the final submission of your paper.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Papers must be in English and not more than 12 pages in length.
  • Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
  • Authors are required to ensure accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and tables.
  • Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text and must be clear and easy to view.
